Credit Product Delivery - Analyst

Job Summary
Drive end-to-end execution of lending and trade finance transactions, including drafting/negotiating and reviewing legal documentation (facility agreements, security documents, corporate authorizations) and coordinating deal closings with clients, facility agents, and internal stakeholders (Banker/Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Tax, Operations). Lead deal teams as needed, support process improvements and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain client relationships, manage the pipeline, and provide clear problem resolution. Requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1 – 5 years experience in Credit Administration, Transaction Management, Credit Execution, legal documentation, or related fields
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 – 5 years prior experience in Credit Administration, Transaction Management, Credit Execution, legal documentation, or related fields (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
