Job Summary
Underwrite and manage a designated portfolio of Investment Commercial Real Estate borrowers ranging from $5M to $50M in lending exposure; lead comprehensive financial analyses, monitor covenants and interim trends, ensure adherence to loan agreements and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Lending/Credit Officers to address exceptions. May lead a team of Credit Analysts within the region, coordinate with Relationship Managers to perform routine financial analyses and credit investigations, and contribute to credit-related initiatives while delivering timely, value-driven credit solutions across New England.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years related experience
- Strong understanding of commercial business development techniques and credit decisions
- Demonstrates credit and financial analysis skills
- Working knowledge of capital markets is a plus
