Job Summary
Translate credit policies into structured decision rules (eligibility, approval/decline, pricing, workflows) and implement, test, and optimize them in decisioning platforms (e.g., Taktile). Maintain change logs, test artifacts, and audit-ready documentation; conduct scenario testing, UAT, and rule validation; analyze decisioning issues across data inputs and logic; monitor outputs for accuracy; collaborate with Product Engineering, Compliance, and Capital Markets on data integrations and system enhancements; support policy execution for unsecured lending and identify policy gaps and operational inefficiencies; produce high-quality, structured documentation (SOPs, decision trees, rule logic, workflows) and support internal audits and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Operations and business)
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech, lending, credit risk, or decision systems
- Strong hands-on experience with rule-based systems, decision engines, or workflow platforms
- Translating business logic into technical decision rules
- Strong documentation discipline (SOPs, rule definitions, testing artifacts)
- SQL for querying and validating decision outcomes
- Experience with APIs, JSON, or system integrations
- Python for analysis or automation
