Job Summary
Credit Operations Servicing Specialist III onsite in Wilson, NC. Responsible for a variety of loan servicing activities supporting Retail Community Bank loan servicing, including processing monetary transactions, loan maintenance, payoff statements, loan research, and exceptions handling in a centralized environment. Maintains understanding of retail, small business and wealth management products, policies and procedures; ensures compliance with state laws; mentors less experienced teammates; aims to meet/exceed monthly production and quality metrics; works with teams in different locations; utilizes banking systems such as ALS, SPRINT, SHAW; proficient in MS Office. On-site Monday - Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Four years of banking or financial services experience in loan servicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities
- Serve as an advocate of the client while balancing risks for Truist
- Ability to work with teams in different locations
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office software products
- Knowledge in various banking systems (i.e. ALS, SPRINT, SHAW)
