Credit Operations Associate responsible for delivering dependable administrative and operational support to credit and finance teams, managing customer accounts and credit documentation with accuracy, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end reporting and audits in a hybrid Boston office setting. Key duties include sundry invoice processing, payment processing, account reconciliation, posting payments, monitoring incoming payments, generating daily/weekly/monthly payment reports, and supporting compliance. Requires 3-5 years in AR or related field, a degree in Business Administration or related field, experience with D365 F&O or ERP and Excel, plus familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, and Billtrust. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a dynamic wholesale finance environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Microsoft D365 F & O or Basic working knowledge of ERP platform
  • Excel: Basic functions along with working knowledge of standard formula
  • Power BI, Salesforce, Billtrust
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and multitasking
  • Documentation and reporting skills
  • Month-end close support and audits awareness
