Job Summary
Credit Officers will underwrite corporate and commercial loans with a focus on the dairy industry, collaborating with Relationship Managers to structure proposals, evaluate management and financial position, monitor covenants and repayment ability, and participate in loan committee decisions. The role requires analyzing customer financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows), coordinating with sales teammates, and maintaining sound credit administration. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 6+ years of lending/credit analysis experience is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field
- 6+ years of Lending/Credit Analysis and/or Commercial/Corporate Lending
