Job Summary
Review and approve sales orders, manage client credit facilities, and create new customer accounts in line with company policies. Maintain accurate customer records, prepare monthly aging reports, and coordinate payment follow-up while monitoring credit limits. Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and Collections teams to resolve outstanding issues and respond to inquiries regarding customer accounts and credit status. This remote role in Lebanon requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of credit control experience, and proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Credit Management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
