Job Summary
Lead a team of credit professionals in underwriting and managing proposals for Working Capital Finance, including both fund and non-fund based products. Evaluate customer proposals, structure deals, and ensure high-quality credit decisions within defined turnaround times. Maintain portfolio quality while implementing policies effectively at the ground level. Mentor team members and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of financials and property-related aspects, and experience in credit management.
