Job Summary
Lead a team of credit professionals in underwriting and managing Working Capital Finance proposals (fund and non-fund based). Responsibilities include evaluating customer proposals, structuring deals, and ensuring high-quality credit decisions within defined turnaround times. Requires strong financial analysis capabilities, knowledge of property-related aspects, and the ability to maintain portfolio quality. Mentoring of team members and cross-functional coordination are required, along with implementing policies effectively at the ground level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in underwriting and managing Working Capital Finance proposals
