Job Summary
Credit Manager role in Coimbatore for Loan Against Property. Underwrite and manage the branch loan portfolio, review complex loan applications, assess credit worthiness and risk, verify KYC, and ensure collateral and risk-mitigation standards. Maintain Portfolio MIS and delinquency MIS, coordinate with sales and clients to enable quick approval turnaround, and monitor credit exposures from pre-sanction through post-disbursement. Requires postgraduate/graduate degree and experience in credit underwriting, risk assessment, and customer discussions with emphasis on adherence to policies, documented processes, and MIS reporting.
