Job Summary
Credit Manager responsible for coordinating accounts receivable and collection duties, approving/declining credit lines, conducting credit investigations, and ensuring proper collection procedures. Supervises staff, manages AR/collection activities, evaluates credit applications, determines credit limits, communicates with customers to collect delinquent payments, documents correspondence, analyzes collection reports, delegates workload, prepares paperwork for legal action, and maintains compliant filing and bookkeeping practices. Must possess data-utilization, analytical, verbal, mathematical, and situational reasoning abilities; adheres to HO.M.E values and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- three (3) years experience in accounting/bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections
- valid State Driver’s License
