Credit Manager

Manage accounts receivable and collection operations by supervising staff, reviewing credit applications, and establishing customer credit limits. Contact delinquent accounts via phone, text, and in-person visits to negotiate payments, while preparing documentation for repossession or legal action when necessary. Ensure all customer files are securely stored and organized by account status, and oversee daily bookkeeping, cash deposits, and the filing of returned checks. Maintain accurate records of correspondence and collection efforts to evaluate policy effectiveness. This role supports the Store Manager and may require performing duties in other store departments as needed.
