Job Summary
Oversight of credit operations including accounts receivable and collection activities. Responsible for approving or declining and issuing lines of credit, conducting credit investigations, and ensuring proper credit approval procedures to minimize losses while growing the store’s receivables. Manages collections of delinquent accounts, contacts customers to secure payment, and assists with repossessions as needed. Supervises assigned staff, maintains documentation of communications and actions, analyzes collection reports, and prepares paperwork prior to legal action. Ensures accurate filing and compliance with internal procedures, and upholds company values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years experience in accounting/bookkeeping, loan processing, and/or collections
- Valid State Driver’s License
