Job Summary
Credit Manager responsible for architecting and implementing the credit policy and financial review workflow for the Facility Service Group; evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements, credit reports, and trade references; establish and authorize credit limits; onboard customers end-to-end; review flagged accounts with Sales and Project Managers; collaborate with Collections to analyze DSO trends; partner with Project Compliance and Dispatch to ensure accurate customer setup in JD Edwards and IFS; monitor portfolio risk and prepare monthly reports for management; plan for future staff recruitment and training to scale the program; requires advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems; strong communication and independent problem-solving skills; travel 10-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work-related experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in commercial credit or risk management
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience
