Credit Line/Card Fraud Operations Lead

Job Summary
The Credit Line/Card Fraud Operations Lead is responsible for conducting reviews and investigations of Credit Line/Card partners, stores, clerks and customers to analyze fraud patterns, and implementing tactics to mitigate fraud risks, thereby protecting our customers and the company's financial assets. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing transactions for potential fraudulent activity; investigating and resolving fraud cases with timely, accurate documentation; developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies; collaborating with customer service, product, engineering, and operations teams across countries to address fraud risks; conducting regular fraud risk assessments and delivering recommendations; preparing detailed reports on fraud trends and prevention measures; and training team members in fraud prevention and detection.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Credit Line/Credit Card fraud prevention, anti-fraud processes, fraud examination preferably within the financial services industry
- English level required: Advanced (C1 or higher). Candidates must be able to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in professional and technical contexts
- Basic knowledge of SQL – ability to understand and write simple queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, WHERE)
- Completed Technical or partially university studies in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications or similar
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the country
- Basic analytical, problem-solving skills and sense of autonomy to carry out delegated tasks, taking full ownership of their own projects
- Proficiency in using fraud detection software and tools
- Strong learning aptitude
