Credit Junior Analyst

Job Summary
Credit Junior Analyst responsible for executing hands-on dispute-resolution and clearing activities to reduce overdue by clearing aged items (>90/>180 days), resolving deductions/short-pays, and applying unapplied cash. Will coordinate directly with Sales and Customer Care, as well as customers, to resolve payment issues and disputes, improving cash flow and customer experience. Supports accurate, compliant A/R processing while implementing practical improvements that strengthen controls and receivables performance. Based in Queretaro, Mexico. Requires collaboration with AR/Credit Team, SAP and Excel proficiency, and 1–2 years in A/R/OC functions; IFRS 9 awareness where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in A/R, Credit, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations
- deduction/dispute resolution experience preferred
- Experience with SAP
- strong Excel/reporting capability
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
