Credit Investment Analyst – Private Credit, Asia

Job Summary
Screen investment opportunities for the Asia private credit team by conducting thematic research, preparing screening materials, and leading sourcing calls. Execute due diligence through virtual and on-site reviews, financial modeling, and impact/ESG analysis while managing closing workstreams and stakeholder coordination. Monitor portfolio performance by reviewing reporting materials, facilitating amendments, and updating valuations alongside the deal team. Contribute to fundraising objectives, marketing updates, and ad-hoc corporate projects as needed. Full-time role in Madrid with 2–3 years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, e.g. leveraged finance or other applicable sell-side / investment banking experience (preferably but not necessarily in credit), buy-side private credit or equity, or advisory/audit
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (preferably in credit), with a track record of producing high-quality investment work
- Self-motivated and proactive team player able to operate independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Business fluency in English is required, including ability to conduct calls and prepare written materials
- Authorization to work in Madrid is required
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia
- Personal or professional experience in Asia or other emerging markets
- Motivation for impact investing and/or development finance
