Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of credit hire claims from first notification through settlement, taking full ownership of each case to deliver the best financial outcome. Accurately identify liability status and indemnity positions while controlling hire spends through negotiation and investigation. Proactively manage the customer claims journey, make timely liability and indemnity decisions, and minimize financial exposure by gathering evidence and utilizing case law. Serve inbound calls from third parties, customers, garages, and suppliers, and own complaints with a focus on day-one resolution. Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options.

- Ability to take live calls alongside an experienced colleague
- Ability to complete first stage assessments

- Ability to accept credit and criminal record checks
- Ability to undergo fair access to support and adjustments throughout the recruitment journey
