Job Summary

Credit & Finance Account Manager responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of dealership relationships, driving performance and long-term value. Serve as the go-to trusted contact for dealership enquiries and support needs, deliver structured engagement plans for proactive coverage, lead onboarding and accreditation of Business Managers, coach dealer teams through training and insights, and drive finance and insurance outcomes in line with territory budgets and KPIs. Identify performance gaps and implement targeted, practical improvement strategies. Strong foundation in lending/financial services, proven relationship-management skills, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement are required.
