Job Summary
Manage daily follow-up of outstanding customer accounts and execute payment reminders via phone and email to secure timely settlements. Negotiate payment schedules and monitor compliance while identifying and escalating credit risks. Analyze creditworthiness to determine appropriate credit limits in coordination with Finance and Sales. Optimize existing processes and tools, and maintain relationships with banks and credit insurers regarding financing and guarantees. Support the Finance team with daily bank transactions, incoming payment tracking, and various Treasury administrative tasks. Operate within a 39-hour system with a flexible roster.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor diploma in financiën, bedrijfsmanagement of boekhouden, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Professional and assertive communication skills with respect for customer relationships
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Integrity in handling confidential information
