Job Summary
Credit Fund Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and operations for asset-based financing and structured credit investment vehicles. Responsibilities include client engagement oversight from proposal through implementation, staffing and training, process development to ensure client satisfaction and deadlines, evaluating partnership allocations, managing investment transactions in Investran Live, overseeing management fee calculations, cash reconciliations, fund financial statements, and investor communications. Lead and review events for audits, collaborate with directors on strategic projects, and prepare performance metrics (gross/net MOIC, IRR, TVPI, RVPI, DPI). Requires deep private credit fund accounting expertise and experience with asset-backed/structured credit portfolios. Salary range: $122,000 - $183,000 per year. Hybrid work environment in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with private credit fund accounting
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with Investran Live
- Investran Live general ledger
- Investor reporting and capital call/distribution processes
- Ability to oversee fund financial statements and audits
- Collaborate with directors and staff to prepare materials for audits and investor communications
