Job Summary
Credit Controller responsible for collections of outstanding debt for Gett (Freenow by Lyft) across UK operations, researching debtor information, negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans, resolving client discrepancies, maintaining contact to ensure invoices are clear for payment, providing documentation as needed, and complying with legal requirements. Requires 2-3 years of credit control experience, strong communication, time management, ability to work with targets, and collaborative work with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in credit control
- experience in a growing tech company (preferred)
- time management skills for calls
- experience working with targets and tight deadlines
- good knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- team player within finance and across the business
