Job Summary
Chase, monitor, and report on overdue premiums owed to Starr while liaising with underwriting teams to ensure settlement. Use internal and external systems to verify broker terms, reduce aged debt, and maximize cashflow by adhering to company procedures. Prepare weekly reports for senior management and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Investigate initial booking of outstanding premium to ensure accurate reporting and tracking. Requires London Market credit control experience, intermediate Excel capability, and familiarity with X-changing systems. Full-time role based in London with competitive salary.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel capability (v-lookups, pivot tables, ability to interpret large data sets)
- London Market credit control experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Well organised, with the ability to work well in a team as well as individually

- Opportunity to develop skills in Excel capability
- Familiarity with Power BI to analyse and present meaningful data trends
- X-changing systems experience (Tracker, Account enquiry and IMR)
