Credit Control Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead a team of Credit Management specialists to ensure effective management of customer credit risk, optimise cash flow, and minimise bad debt exposure. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing B2B customers using financial statements and credit reports, drive process improvements incorporating AI and automation, and contribute to the implementation and review of credit policies. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to align credit decisions with business objectives and support commercial negotiations by providing credit insights. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on credit management matters. Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week.
