Job Summary
Collect old debts based on past contracts where amounts have not been fulfilled. Manage debt recovery, conduct credit assessments, and process payments while communicating with customers to negotiate solutions and solve problems. Requires 2 to 5 years of experience in credit control or a related finance role, with knowledge of credit risk assessment and relevant legal regulations. Must demonstrate hands-on debt collection experience and the ability to speak and negotiate effectively with debtors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in credit control or a related finance/accounting role
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment and relevant legal regulations
- Need to have debt collection knowledge and hands on experience
- Able to speak and negotiate with debtors
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Finance Department or with corporate collections is a plus
