Job Summary
Credit Control Manager to lead the control team, support the Head of Commercial and wider Commercial team; oversee onboarding of new clients, set and monitor client credit limits with Credit Safe checks, manage credits and DOA compliance; ensure invoices/statements are saved and distributed weekly; conduct weekly cash collection and aged debt calls; drive cash collection for AFP accounts; track cash collection vs forecast; resolve client invoice queries with root-cause analysis; manage daily banking and reporting; produce weekly aged debt summaries; require proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables), experience with Sage and Microsoft Dynamics365; sector experience in utilities/traffic management/plant/construction is preferable; strong customer focus with internal/external stakeholders; 1 day work-from-home option once up to speed; salary and benefits discussed.
Required Qualifications
- CICM/AAT qualified or working towards this or a similar qualification preferable
