Job Summary
Credit Control Analyst - German Speaking in bp Hungary focusing on cash collection and reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure adherence to BP’s Downstream Credit Policy. Responsibilities include effective cash collection, monitoring of accounts, supervising credit and fraud violations, resolving customer disputes, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with Sales and Customer Service, achieving KPIs, managing credit-held deliveries and customer restrictions, and identifying high-risk customers for action in collaboration with relevant partners. Requires English and German fluency, a college degree or equivalent experience, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role is a hybrid work arrangement with offices in Szeged, Hungary, and opportunities for collaboration across functions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or Economics (High School) or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and German languages
- Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient time management and prioritization skills
