Credit & Collections Supervisor

Develop and implement credit policies while managing credit risk and overseeing the collections process to ensure compliance with company standards. Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine client creditworthiness, manage team members responsible for collections and account maintenance, and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to reduce DSO. Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue accounts, resolve disputes, and collaborate with sales and legal teams to manage delinquent accounts. Lead and develop team members through coaching. This role requires a strong background in revenue cycle management and exceptional customer service skills.
