Job Summary
Manage assigned accounts by ensuring accurate Accounts Receivable positions through collections, credit analysis, and dispute resolution. Establish credit limits using DSO and external risk tools while driving prompt payments via persistent telephone, email, and written communication. Initiate customer retention strategies to prevent credit holds and assist with audit support and bad debt analysis. Cross-departmentally resolve invoicing discrepancies and comply with FDA and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements. This role supports the NDT team's mission to keep transportation and energy assets safe using advanced radiography solutions. Occasional travel up to 5% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years Collection experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
- The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
- The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
- The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time
- Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
- Occasional (up to 5%) travel may be required based on business need
