Seeking a skilled Credit Collections Specialist for a 4-month fixed-term contract. Role involves managing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Credit Control or Collections in a commercial environment
- Experience with both New Zealand and Australian customers and respective credit
- Ability to make informed decisions to resolve a customer’s financial situation
- A solutions-focused approach
- Ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong background in credit control or collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel
- Experience in a collection or contact centre environment supporting customers in financial difficulty
Additional Requirements
- No remote work; hybrid office environment with assigned workspace in Ellerslie office
