Credit & Collections, Lead

Lead communication and reconciliations for Collections with Network division partner accounts, handle internal team reports, write-offs, and rebates, and conduct payment and deposit discrepancy investigations. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and offshore teams by answering questions, providing guidance, and clarifying procedures. Identify data-driven solutions, recommend process improvements, and support implementation of approved initiatives. Provide backup support for credit and collections cash posting and application functions, coordinate training and job shadowing for new team members, and assist the manager with daily operations. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
