Credit / Collections Analyst

Job Summary
Manage all credit and collection activities for assigned customers, including contacting and documenting past-due accounts weekly, establishing payment arrangements, and analyzing financial information to assess credit risk for new and existing clients. Process credit applications, update credit files, adjust credit limits per organizational policies, and coordinate invoicing details and lien waivers. Assist with account reconciliations, prepare for regular credit meetings with updated statuses, and administer dormant account policies to maintain Days Sales Outstanding alignment with goals. Work non-traditional or flexible schedules as needed, with occasional travel. Maintain positive relationships with customers, internal departments, and sales teams while ensuring timely payments and effective communication across all levels.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in credit, collections, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Positive attitude with the ability to build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and other business partners
- Strong customer-service mindset with a dedication to long-term customer satisfaction
