Credit & Collections Analyst

Manage credit and collections accounts by processing payments, issuing statements, and resolving customer inquiries to maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to address billing discrepancies and ensure timely collections while upholding the company's service standards. Adhere to strict compliance protocols and internal policies governing debt recovery and customer communication. This role supports BHI's mission to deliver quality products to over 5,000 establishments across Puerto Rico, fostering a culture of service and trust within the team.
