Job Summary
Credit & Collections Specialist for Europe (EMEA) based in the UK office. You will monitor accounts in the assigned collection portfolio to ensure timely payments, focus on targets such as cash received, DSO, dispute resolution and bad debts, and log all relevant data in Trust-It daily. You will actively engage with customers and internal stakeholders via calls to facilitate collections, support cross-functional communication, reduce order backlogs, and improve working capital. You will communicate completed tasks to the Manager of Credit & Collections with fact-based data to ensure transparency and efficiency. Required: fluent English and ideally German; Finance or Business-related secondary vocational education plus 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections; track record of achieving improvements and hitting cash collection targets.
