Job Summary
Oversee a centralized background review program for new and renewed commercial credit customers and affiliated parties. Lead a high-volume intake, review, summary, and escalation workflow to ensure consistent, precise background information delivery across multiple business lines, with potential direct reports and exposure to executive leadership. Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy of background assessments in a risk management context. Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills are required, along with expert knowledge of credit and lending operations, regulatory trends, and related risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
