Credit Card Specialist

Request and issue new corporate cards to staff based on designated limits, while training cardholders on policy compliance at the time of issuance. Monitor card usage for abuse or fraud, initiating corrective actions and reporting irregularities to the Director of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Legal. Respond to emergency requests outside normal hours, follow up on transaction disputes, and adjust credit limits or suspend cards as needed. Coordinate with Accounts Payable, HR, and Procurement teams to reconcile spend, manage month-end general ledger entries, and generate spending audits. Maintain a database of purchases and receipts, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and collecting backup documentation for capital expenditures. Daily correspondence occurs via email, Slack, text, and phone to support cardholder needs.
