Credit Card Specialist

Review and release credit card orders while managing authorization for backorders. Provide customer service to Credit Card customers, Sales, and Sales support via incoming calls, and contact clients to resolve credit card errors. Initiate full collection efforts by providing pertinent information to the Credit department and research all customer retrievals and charge-backs. Work with the Credit Department and Sales to resolve issues promptly, manage soft collection efforts, and participate in process improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate data transmission with vendors and review accounts for proper application of credits and debits.
