Job Summary
Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience while finding creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information. Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check
- Customer service or sales experience
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Work well independently and within a team
