Job Summary
Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk. Provide expectational customer service, find creative approaches to engage customers, and build positive working relationships with store personnel. Maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with customer information and support multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed. Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm. Base wage of $17.60/hour plus uncapped commission. Permanent FT or PT opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable completing a criminal and credit background check
- Customer service or sales experience
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Work well independently and within a team
