Job Summary
Configure Meses Sin Intereses (MSI) programs in internal systems, setting tenors, caps, eligibility rules, and merchant logic. Validate campaign parameters before go-live to prevent errors, then run pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure offer accuracy. Build supporting materials for MSI value propositions and monitor performance to flag inconsistencies. Maintain operational documentation and assist with reconciliation of campaign metrics. This hands-on role supports the Engagement team's strategic initiatives, offering exposure to offer parameter setup and the commercial lifecycle of credit card engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 12 to 18 months remaining before graduation
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with data and rules-based systems
- Proactive mindset
- Willingness to ask questions and take ownership of tasks
- Good collaboration skills
- Openness to feedback
- Proficient written and verbal English communication
- Desire to learn, improve processes, and work through ambiguity
- Orientation to the commercial side
- Expectation to rotate among customer lifecycle in credit card (early engagement, loyalty, Balance build)
