Job Summary
Credit Reporting Specialist responsible for Metro 2 and eOscar reporting, reviewing and validating monthly credit bureau data, researching disputes, processing ACDV/eOscar dispute responses, monitoring reporting exceptions, and coordinating corrections. Also handles loan servicing tasks including researching borrower accounts and payment history, reconciling payments, processing account updates and servicing requests, supporting loan modifications and settlements, maintaining servicing records, and providing customer support via phone and email. Requires experience in consumer lending or credit reporting and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred experience with Metro 2, eOscar, CRM systems, and loan servicing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, consumer lending, financial services, collections, or credit reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
