Job Summary

Credit Back Office Officer in Bucharest handles Credit Limit Requests and allocates them to an underwriter, manages administrative requirements of clients, raises internal tickets for information, handles IRP/EDM-related risk activities, maintains contact with Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims and Collections, supports sales and business units, and provides reports/statistics for senior management. Requires Economics/Finance/Banking or Risk Management background, MS Excel proficiency, advanced English, 1–3 years in insurance/credit insurance/risk/banking (corporate) preferred, and a hybrid, full-time permanent role in Bucharest, Romania. Open to flexible/remote work arrangements via hybrid structure.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational requirements: Student and/or Bachelor degree in Economics / Finance Banking or Risk Management specialization is preferable
  • Functional knowledge: Risk assessment, market knowledge; knowledge of banking/financial services sector is an advantage
  • Proficient in IT Systems / Software: MS Office; particularly MS Excel
  • Language: EN advanced level (reading and writing skills) is required
  • Business expertise: 1-3 years in insurance / credit insurance / risk / banking - corporate area would be an advantage
  • Expertise and experience in assessment of businesses would be a plus
