Job Summary
Credit and Collections Tech Ops Analyst to support Autodesk's Customer Financial Services Technical Operations team, driving ERP updates, automation programs, and reporting improvements. Partners with Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable to define, document, and optimize policies, procedures, and workflows; develop deep OTC process expertise to identify automation opportunities; translate business requirements into technical specifications; support testing, validation, and implementation; drive training and enablement for effective use of new systems and processes; collaborate with Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, and Client Services to deliver end-to-end solutions; monitor reporting accuracy and insights; participate in ad hoc AR reconciliation and collections initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or related finance operations
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Solid understanding GAAP principles
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Experience in global or distributed team environments
- Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA
- Bachelor’s degree
