Job Summary
Credit & Collections Specialist responsible for actively managing assigned customer accounts, performing credit analysis, identifying delinquent accounts, and collaborating with Contracts & Finance to mitigate risk and recover exposure. Duties include monitoring the Aged Trial Balance, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for problem resolution, assisting with performance reporting (monthly/quarterly), processing Moody's CAM reports and UCC filings, and contributing to inter-departmental improvements. Requires strong experience in SAP, Excel, and Power BI, with a background in B2B credit management and collections in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 5 years B2B Credit Management and Collections experience
- Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI
