Credit and Collections Lead

OpenAI seeks a seasoned Credit & Collections Lead to scale global accounts receivable, credit risk, and collections operations. Own strategy and execution for credit reviews, collections performance, receivables recovery, and complex AR escalations. Lead AI-enabled workflows to improve prioritization, efficiency, and decision quality, collaborating with Finance Systems, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes. Role involves defining policies, playbooks, escalation paths, and controls; overseeing onboarding, deal desk, and legal affiliates; and delivering reporting on AR aging, DSO, disputes, and automation coverage. Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week in San Francisco, CA, and relocation assistance for new employees.
