Job Summary
Administer a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients, preparing, negotiating, and completing credit documents and loan agreements. Directly interface with global credit teams, local subsidiary banking partners, and external clients to drive deal completion while managing the Legal Entity approval and booking process with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and local management. Coordinate local jurisdictional requirements and interpret loan agreements to ensure timely adherence to risk management standards and local business goals.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent and/or track record of relevant experience
- Credit background with knowledge of Corporate Banking products and services
- Experience with reading / interpreting loan agreements & related documentation
- Excellent written skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player, results oriented, shows ability to adapt and is able to work under pressure
- Demonstrates time management and can prioritise workload
- Ability to coordinate with multiple points of contact (internal and external)
- Ability to actively manage Risk
- Good conduct and sound judgment
- Individual accountability and an ownership mind-set
