Job Summary
Analyze credit bureau data, bank statements, and behavioral patterns to assess credit risk and identify discrepancies. Perform due diligence, verify financial information, and utilize scoring models to determine credit scores and guide lending decisions. Recommend credit limits, loan amounts, and terms for digital products while underwriting requests within assigned authority. Develop and refine risk assessment criteria, enhance automated underwriting models, and track key portfolio performance indicators. Prepare credit assessment reports, dashboards, and regulatory documentation for senior management and audits. Train junior analysts on credit processes and recommend improvements to the credit lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of total experience
- at least 3 years in credit analysis, underwriting, or collections
- preferably within fintech or consumer lending sectors
