Job Summary
Lead ratings analysis and research on complex corporate, digital infrastructure, and project-finance transactions within Fitch's Complex Credits Group; drive development of rating approaches and criteria for bespoke projects; mentor junior team members and represent Fitch in industry conferences, issuer meetings, and cross-group collaborations; identify trends and produce insightful credit reports and research publications; collaborate with analytical groups to ensure consistency and efficiency across multi-group transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree at minimum, advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years relevant experience in capital markets and/or credit analysis
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to shift between multiple projects as priorities change
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
