Job Summary
Reach out to new and current customers to gather information for credit reviews, compile data into the Credit Review Matrix, and prepare analyses with recommendations for leadership. Compile necessary information for customer account reviews, reach out to associated credit references, and maintain customer credit files to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve credit-related issues, assist with collection strategies for high-risk or past-due accounts, and present findings to management. This part-time role supports profitable business growth and minimizes financial risk within a collaborative, family-owned environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of experience in credit analysis, commercial credit, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical prior to hiring
