Job Summary
Credit Analyst for Manhattan Beer and Beverage Distributors to manage accounts receivable cycle, review credit applications, monitor aging balances, prepare KPI reports, identify at-risk accounts, and communicate with customers to resolve delinquencies; expects high-volume call activity, meticulous record-keeping, and general administrative duties. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–3 years in credit/AR or collections and strong Excel/Office skills are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume credit, collections, or accounts receivable role
- Call center and customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) ; advanced skills a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
